One of the areas of work for one in charge of PR is for the proper performance of business and government protocols, which are defined as: 1-set of formal rules drive diplomatic and official events. 2- complimentary set of rules that are applied in social relations and that have been established by customs. 3- Set of matrices deeds and other authorized documents by a notary who keeps in his office, fulfilling formal actions. 4- Agreements or collected conclusions from a meeting, an experimental or clinical work. 5- set of communication rules that control the information exchange between two computers or interconnected systems. These definitions determine that protocol is not only ceremonial events, when people usually think in Public Relations, unless a complex rules and functioning methods of organizations. All the activities and decisions of an organization are recorded in various manuals, which help to preserve the order and to communicate all collaborators. So the work of a responsable for public relations is disseminating and creating instructional messages to improve, manage and maintain good relationships.
